Welcome to Sally Hogshead’s website. Obviously with an unusual surname like Hogshead, Sally has decided to use it to her advantage. Check the logo – fun and memorable, in keeping with the rest of Sally’s brand.
Sally runs a brand consulting practice and is an author and speaker. Her latest book – ‘Fascinate: Your 7 Triggers to Persuasion and Captivation’ – examines the concept of fascination, and how it all starts with seven universal triggers: lust, mystique, alarm, prestige, power, vice, and trust (See Slideshare presentation below).
According to her Twitter profile, Sally’s into “radical ideas and passionate action, expertly shaken and stirred with a tangy slap of inspiration”. Love it!
Her ‘Hog Blog’ makes for interesting reading.

Let me say something that might be rather shocking: it’s okay to have a few people hate your brand. It’s necessary, even. If you’re not eliciting a negative response from someone, then you’re probably not very compelling to anyone.

Sally ‘gets it’ (as you’d expect, given she’s a branding expert!)…she stands out from the crowd, has a point of view and is not afraid to have a bit of fun. Great stuff!
